My Little Monkey

Here are a couple of pictures of Emily dressed as a monkey for halloween. She was really tired by the time I took pictures, so I am going to take more and post them later....maybe tomorrow.

Our New Home and Project....

Here are a few pictures of the house that we just bought. I hesitated to put these pictures up, since I really don't know how I am going to do with choosing paint and flooring and such. I just don't know how good it will really look afterwards. We obviously need to put quite a bit of work into it! The pictures actually don't look as bad as it is in person...

This isn't the whole house, but YIKES!! We have a lot of work to do before me move in on the 7th of November! Of course, not everything will be done, but hopefully the cleaning, painting, and flooring will be done. Wish us luck.

New Toy!

Emily loves her new toy, but it will take getting use to...



She is fine, by the way. She didn't cry, but she did let me know that she didn't want to play with her new toy for a little bit...:)

1st Birthday!

We celebrated Emily's birthday last night even though she turns 1 tomorrow. Long Story. Anyways, here are some pictures and videos of what you missed... I decided to make a cake that looked like a dog. I thought I did a pretty good job, but Ryan told me it looked like a dog with chicken pox. I really wanted Emily to try my favorite cake (Rainbow chip frosting on top of Rainbow Chip or Funfetti cake).

First Steps!!!

She did it! We were at our neighbor and friend Pat's house, when Emily decided she would walk from the television to mommy. She was so proud of herself, that she kept going back to the t.v., to show off again and again. She did it so many times, that I finally went and got the camera.
