Baby Shower

Yesterday Anne's visiting teacher Michele Lewis put on a baby shower for her. It was fun to get some new things and I think she definitely enjoyed the company. Michael and Nora also came down from Provo, but the real reason they came down though was to see Les Miserables at Tuachan. Thankfully however, they brought a very nice Pack-n-play basonet/playpen. For those unaware, Anne went back into the hospital on Wednesday afternoon after being at home for 6 or 7 days. She went in for a check-up and the doctor said she would need to stay since the baby could come quickly. Hopefully she waits another few weeks but whatever happens will be ok. Pre-term Excitement

As a few of you already know, Anne has been in the hospital since Wednesday due to early contractions. She was able to go home on Friday, but after a few hours she was in extreme pain and we had a another hospital visit at 1am. It appears that she is having epigastric pain that "may" be the culprit for frequent contractions. However, they were able to prevent the larger contractions on Wednesday and she is taking medication to prevent contractions. Hopefully they can determine if the pain is helping cause the contractions so she can go home and be bedridden there for a few more weeks but we will wait and see.
