Christmas! Part 2

Audrey was a beautiful and perfect Mary.  Emily was a great sheep... :)  We spent Christmas Eve at Grandma and Grandpa's house with their cousins Dean, Evan, and Anna.  Then we went home and prepared for Santa's arrival.

 While Ryan stayed in Texas to work, the girls and I flew to California to visit with my brother Michael who was moving to China.  It was pretty much a family reunion!  We went to the beach....

Another Performance

Today, Emily had another performance at the "Live Well Kids Expo" at town square.  Again, she did a wonderful job.  There were lots of people and we got to do a lot of fun things:  we met Merida from "Brave" (twice), went on the carousel, jumped in a bounce house, had a snow cone, ate a push-up popsicle, ate popcorn and candy, and got a lot of free stuff, including a beach ball, pens, a doll, a doctor kit, balloons, chap-stick, etc. 

And these pictures are really late, but I wanted Corinne to see what they looked like!

Emily had her performance for Singer's Company tonight.  She was wonderful of course!  She has another performance on Saturday- hopefully I will get better pictures and videos then!

Easter

Happy Katelyn

Sorry it has been a while...  Here is a VERY quick update on Katelyn.  She is 4 months on the 23rd.  This is a video of her enjoying pat-a-cake.  Her two favorite things to do:  play pat-a-cake and talk/coo to anybody willing to talk back.  Emily has been such a big help with this.  She loves that Katelyn is interacting with her.

Katelyn's Blessing

Last weekend was Katelyn's baby blessing. Anne's parents and mine came into town and we had a great weekend together. Katelyn was one of two baby blessings during the meeting and I was told the number of people in the circle for the other was 24 compared to our 7 (which included the bishopric). Gratefully Rees came to increase our numbers just a little. That's just one of the many joy's of living away from family. Actually I really didn't care but I thought it was funny to see a huge group for the first and then ours.

Emily and Audrey enjoyed have two grandpas and two grandmas in town to play with.  Here are a few pictures of Katelyn and from the blessing.
